After opening the entrance to the legendary chest (by pulling a large chain), return to the cave and climb up again near the Nornir chest. The layout of the rocks has changed somewhat and this time you will climb into a small room where you will find the artifact.

You will be able to reach this area as long as you have the Draupnir Spear.
To get here you must use the spear and blow up the rock blocking the passage.
