Hello zoom out the map if you do that you will see what areea belong other alliance, chose area that far aways from other alliance or go to your alliance base territory. After you find the spot click build icon that appear then it will show some block make sure all green if all green you clik ceklist. After you clik ceklist your truck will go to that spot to build you city. Or easy way after find spot you thing save cos far aways from other alliance or at you alliance base clik sullpies icon below then click other there an item airleft clik use it you will detect go to that spot it only for 3 time use it wisely.
