Reverse: 1999 - Free 6-star Psychube Selection

Psychubes are special items that can be equipped to your characters to give them stat bonuses and other beneficial effects. Since you can only equip one psychube per character, these items have a significant impact on the character's performance in battle. In this article, we will discuss how to get a free 6-star psychube of your choosing and which of them provides the most value.

How to Get a Free 6-Star Psychube

New players can obtain the item called Carrierwave Carrier by logging in the game five consecutive days as part of the "8 Daily Letters". This login reward campaign also awards players with the 5-star character Dikke on the 8th consecutive login day.

To use the Carrierwave Carrier, simply tap the Warehouse icon on the left side of the Home screen then go to the Consumables tab. Tap on the Carrierwave Carrier then tap Use. This will display all 6-star psychube options available; you can only choose one and after choosing this item will disappear from your inventory.

Which Free 6-star Psychube to Choose?

You can see the preview of each psychubes' abilities, and even get a preview of their max stats and amplification. We will discuss each of the available psychubes you can choose. However, if you would like a TLDR, you can find our recommendations below. We have rated the psychubes based on their universal usefulness and adaptability to several team compositions and characters. Ultimately, the psychubes you'll choose will depend on your ideal team setup.

Tier I: Thunderous Applause, Brave New World
Tier II: Her Second Life, Blasphemer of the Night
Tier III: That Inquisitive Dear, Hopscotch, His Bounden Duty

Brave New World

Best equipped to primary or secondary DPS, especially those with very potent ultimate attacks.
Boosts Ultimate Might (DMG of ultimates)
After using an ultimate, boosts DMG of the next normal incantation (one of the other two non-ultimate skills)

Thunderous Applause

Increases the user's Crit Rate.
When the wearer's single-target attack triggers a Crit, Critical DMG is increased.
Best used for characters with single-target incantations.

Blasphemer of Night

[ul]

The user's Incantation Might (DMG of normal attack spells) is boosted.

[li]If the user's target has two or more [Neg Status] (debuffs, status ailments) status, the DMG dealt is increased. [/li]

Best used on DPS or sub-DPS that are capable of inflicting debuffs on enemies themselves or if they're in a party with allies that can inflict those negative statuses instead.

Her Second Life

Increases the wearer's ATK.
When the user casts a mass Ultimate (targeting all enemies), all allies will heal some HP, which scales off the user's ATK stat.
This can be used by any character with Ultimates that can target all enemies. Otherwise, the amplification effect won't be triggered.

Hopscotch

Increases the DMG of the user's normal attack spells.
For every enemy defeated by the user, the user's Ultimate DMG will be increased (stackable up to four times)
Take note that the amplification effect will only trigger IF the user lands the finishing blow and defeats the enemies themselves. This annoying limitation is why we have placed this psychube in the bottom tier.

That Inquisitive Dear

Boosts the user's healing efficiency.
When the user casts a debuff spell, heals the ally with the lowest HP percentage once per round.
This psychube is one of the worst options among this selection because the user can only trigger the healing effect if they use a debuff incantation.
The passive Healing Done boost can only be taken advantage by characters with healing incantations.
These annoyingly high restrictions limits the possible users that can use this psychube.

His Bounden Duty

Boosts DMG
Heals the user for each enemy defeated by the user.
The psychube's effect can only be triggered if the user lands the finishing blow.
This might be usable for a DPS since they have better chances of landing the finishing blow.
However, there are other better options among the selection so don't waste your time getting this.

How can you get more 6-star Psychubes?

You can buy new 6-star psychubes by accessing the Bank > Fragment Shop. Here you can use the currency called Thoughts in Entirety to purchase new psychubes or exchange for Amplification materials. Thoughts in Entirety can only be farmed from the Pneuma Analysis stage, which can only be cleared two times every 24 hours.
